Business Data Analyst
Job Introduction
Due to rapid expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Data Analyst to join us at our Head Office in Sheffield to support the executive Team in providing a reporting function and analysis on key business indicators.
Role Responsibility
Produce Construction Reports including:
- Build Stage Progress
- Work in Progress Analysis (including build stage monitoring)
- Sales Data Analysis
Other Reports including:
- Customer Demographics
- Key Performance Indicators
- NHBC Reportable Items
- Product Mix, Site Size
- New Site Programming, Planning, Budget, Commencement, Completion
- Forecasting League Table
Reports will be actual, cumulative, year to date and year on year analysis
The Ideal Candidate
- Educated to degree level
- A confident IT user with strong Excel skills and an ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
- Attention to detail, ensuring that monthly reporting is both accurate and complete
- A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Experience of working to tight timescales, in particular month end reporting in a larger business/Plc environment, would be advantageous
