Job Introduction
The Gleeson marketing team is expanding in accordance with company growth plans and we now have a brand new role available for an experienced marketing professional to join our esteemed marketing team. Reporting to the Group Digital Marketing Manager you will have responsibility for managing the day to day running and maintenance of Gleeson websites (B2B and B2C). You will have overall responsibility for pulling together data from several sources to help assist senior management teams make informed decision across both sales and marketing.
Role Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the day to day running of all Gleeson websites both Corporate and Business
- Manage change requests across our digital platforms ensuring that we have a balanced approach between design and performance. Apply CRO and AB testing for all changes to website
- Day to day management of our new Gleeson Intranet, working collaboratively with all key stakeholders to ensure our Intranet is up to date and maintained
- Accurate collation of data to help support both sales and marketing teams. Ensuring that all reports are regularly updated and checked
- Work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to help interrogate data to provide intelligence that will lead to improved performance of marketing and sales activity
- Oversee the performance of other channels such as social media, email, sms and above the line activity including radio, tv advertising (Sky Ads)
- Working on and interrogating our Coins CRM system and pulling reports
- Supporting the wider marketing team with additional digital support i.e. the Spotler new email marketing platform
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within a fast paced marketing team
- Experience working at a high volume housebuilder (desirable)
- Experience of maintaining and managing websites
- Good analytical mind and a keen interest for all things data
- Experience in a B2C environment and understanding the importance of continuously improving the customer’s online journey
- Good communication skills
