Job Introduction
Gleeson are expanding our marketing department to support our rapid company growth and are looking for an experienced marketing professional to support the North West Division. As Divisional Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Divisional Marketing Business Partner, wider marketing team and key stakeholders. Your key focus will be to drive leads with relevant and targeted messaging, strategic planning and to maintain a presence within your division to support all marketing related activities, incorporating our mission, vision, and values.
Role Responsibility
- Support the Divisional Marketing Business Partner in driving relevant leads to developments across the division.
- Ensure that content, including pictures, is relevant, on brand, correct and promotes Gleeson in the right way.
- Be aware of competitor activity and performance and consider how we compare.
- Contribute to building the right messaging and channels to promote each site based on demographics and market insight.
- Build relationships with the key regional stakeholders as well as the Group Marketing function.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of events.
- Supporting the Divisional Marketing Business Partner in the implementation of Gleeson’s Community Matters programme, including liaising with local schools, community groups and charitable organisations.
- Discover and promote USPs of stock plots and obtain actual plot photography.
- Create, deliver, and monitor regional marketing for focus sites and stock plots across relevant channels.
- Ensuring that all new plot releases are received and actioned in accordance with procedure.
- Maintaining and updating prospect lists for campaigns and creating e-shots.
- Ensure that all homes are correctly uploaded on to the Gleeson website and pushed through to property portals.
- Support the Group Communications Manager by liaising with Sales Executives to obtain case studies.
- Write posts for the LinkedIn profiles of senior management team within the division.
- Be willing to take on additional projects as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good eye for design and detail
- A passion for the Gleeson brand and the housebuilding industry
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Business preferred
- Housebuilding, or construction, experience also preferred
- A UK Driving licence is essential
