Job Introduction
Due to continual expansion Gleeson Homes are looking for a Field Sales Manager to support the sales teams and assist the Sales Manager. The position will entail taking care of the day to day sales process from commencement to completion across the region. Your main goal will be to ensure first class customer service, whilst motivating and supporting your team of Sales Executives.
Role Responsibility
- Work closely with the sales manager assisting and deputizing when required
- Ensuring Sales Executives keep close contact with new and existing customers
- Update weekly sales reports and coins rolling forecast as required
- Ensure sales staff chase through reservations to exchange and completion
- Answer enquiries raised by Solicitors and customers
- Liaise with construction regarding CML and move in dates
- Motivating the Sales Team
- Develop relationships with Estate Agents and nominated Solicitors
- Assist in the training of Sales Executives
- Liaise with marketing department on advertising, events, and lead feedback
- Attend marketing planning meetings
- Liaise with signage and graphics companies regarding site requirements
- Assist in new site set up
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Sales Management from a housebuilding background (essential)
- Understanding of the house buying process
- Experience and knowledge of sales activity
- Confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service knowledge and skill
