Finishing Supervisor

Job Introduction

We have an exciting role here at Gleeson for an experience Finishing Supervisor to join our fantastic team. As Finishing Supervisor you will become part of a strong and established team of professionals delivering quality with a focus on the customer.

​Please note: This position is for a 4 month fixed term contract

Role Responsibility

• Manage multi discipline trades
• Forward plan all trade activities and when required, chair trade meetings
• Report daily to the Site Manager
• Achieve all inspection dates
• Possess excellent knowledge of NHBC and building control standards

The Ideal Candidate

Will come from a trades background and have an eye for quality finishes. You must be a excellent communicator and have the ability to liaise with all finishing trades comfortably. You will work as part of a team and be proactive in forward planning trades.
