Job Introduction
Gleeson have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing marketing team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for design, who is creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibility
- Designing a range of creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite such as social posts, website pages, and graphics, signage, printed collateral including brochures, leaflets, posters and reports
- Create visual identities for seasonal marketing campaigns
- Develop sub-brand identities as and when required
- Assist with look and feel of presentations for various company stakeholders
- Attend photoshoots and offer creative direction
- Visit developments and assess creative needs when required
- Provide support for the marketing team on all creative concepts, such as website design
- Work adhoc on Group creative needs – MJ Gleeson plc and Gleeson Land
The Ideal Candidate
- Three years graphic design experience
- Experience working with various stakeholders and as part of a busy marketing team
- Creative flare and talent for visuals
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio and a passion for design
- Highly motivated
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
