Job Introduction

As our new Growth Marketing Lead, you'll have a major impact on helping us build the future. You'll work closely with our Marketing Business Partners, responsible for the implementation of the digital marketing strategy and plan including PPC, organic search, portals, websites, and the email marketing system.  

Role Responsibility

In the role you’ll be:

  • Managing and reporting on the performance and day to day running of all Gleeson websites both Corporate and Customer facing.
  • Manage change requests across our digital platforms ensuring that we have a balanced approach between design and performance
  • Project managing all changes to websites and digital platforms
  • Management of the SEO campaigns for all websites ensuring that we are performing against all relevant key words and search terms for each business model working with the Communications manager.
  • Monitor and report on competitor websites and digital strategies, to include site visits to competitor developments to provide recommendation on our own systems.
  • Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing with the implementation of new digital platforms including any new website or app requirements along with any ad hoc projects.
  • Management and maintenance of COINS CRM system to ensure accurate and up to date data for email marketing campaigns.
  • Protect and take responsibility for the security and professional use of all company property and equipment and at all times ensure customer/third party contact and communications is, secure and protected within the business IT infrastructure in accordance with GDPR requirements

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using a range of data analysis or statistical techniques.
  • Degree in marketing or data analytics or relevant qualification
  • Ability to quickly understand the customer data infrastructure of the business and develop business cases for improvement.
  • Ability to take numerous and voluminous date sources and convert into meaningful insight.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI, Google Analytics, and their uses
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others, maintaining high morale and high performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive thinker that will help to mitigate last minute requests.
