Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
- Carry out first, second fix joinery, install kitchens and basic plumbing tasks
- Tiling and small areas of plastering
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
- Carry out works as directed by the Site Manager to agreed quality standards
- Assist tradesman as directed in carrying out their day to day duties
- To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous joinery experience
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Flexible & adaptable
- Reliable
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
