Main Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls, transferring, diverting and forwarding messages
- Greeting, registering and directing visitors
- Manage Entry Sign system for staff/visitors.
- Manage staff and visitor parking requirements.
- Manage all meeting room bookings.
- Ensure Reception, Board Room and waiting area kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Upkeep of communal Coffee machine supplies and maintenance.
- Arranging refreshments and lunches for internal and external meetings, training courses, etc.
- Signing for deliveries and forwarding to the correct department
- Administering of all incoming post to specific departments and oversee all outgoing post.
- Setting up of standard documents on the computer.
- Update Telephone/Address lists.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required.
- Responsible for ordering stationary.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working as a receptionist in a professional working environment
- Used to working in a fast-paced office environment
- Administrative experience essential
- Good organisational skills
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Word & Excel
