Main Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls, transferring, diverting and forwarding messages
  • Greeting, registering and directing visitors
  • Manage Entry Sign system for staff/visitors.
  • Manage staff and visitor parking requirements.
  • Manage all meeting room bookings.
  • Ensure Reception, Board Room and waiting area kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Upkeep of communal Coffee machine supplies and maintenance.
  • Arranging refreshments and lunches for internal and external meetings, training courses, etc.
  • Signing for deliveries and forwarding to the correct department
  • Administering of all incoming post to specific departments and oversee all outgoing post. 
  • Setting up of standard documents on the computer.
  • Update Telephone/Address lists.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required.
  • Responsible for ordering stationary.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working as a receptionist in a professional working environment
  • Used to working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Administrative experience essential
  • Good organisational skills
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Word & Excel
