Sales Administration Apprentice
Job Introduction
Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our regional sales team as a Sales Administration Apprentice to provide administrative support to the sales function.
Role Responsibility
In conjunction with the Sales Administrator:
- Update weekly summary sheets as and when any sales activity takes place
- Produce a weekly sales report, ATM reports, health check and final inspection reports
- Ensure cancellation notices are completed and forwarded to the relevant parties
- Chase reservations through to exchange and legal completion
- Provide weekly plot updates to the Sales Administrator and Sales Manager
- Liaise with the build department with regard to building certificates and moving in dates
- Produce weekly minutes following sales and build meetings and distribute accordingly
- Reviewing of all documentation associated to house sales
- Processing of reservation fees and extras
- Produce sales plans to coincide with sales releases
- Provide the Technical Department with selling prices for new developments
- Liaise with the Sales Manager on monthly help to buy cash forecasting
- Produce Sales Manuals for any new Sales Negotiators
- Produce Sales Bibles for new developments
- In accordance with GDPR complete disposal record with the deletion of ID/ATP’s/ATE’s/ATC’s
- All other administration of sales documentation and correspondence
The Ideal Candidate
An individual wanting to achieve the following skills:
- An understanding of the house buying process
- Experience and knowledge of sales activity
- Confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Becoming an integral part of a sales team
- Gaining experience working in an administrative role
