Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our regional sales team as an apprentice to provide administrative support to the sales function.  

 

Main Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Sales Administrator:

  • Update weekly summary sheets as and when any sales activity takes place
  • Ensure cancellation notices are completed and forwarded to the relevant parties
  • Liaise with the build department with regard to building certificates and moving in dates
  • Produce weekly minutes following sales and build meetings and distribute accordingly
  • Reviewing of all documentation associated to house sales
  • Processing of reservation fees and extras
  • Provide the Technical Department with selling prices for new developments
  • Produce Sales Manuals for any new Sales Negotiators
  • Assist the Sales Admin and Sales Managers with new site set ups 
  •  Assisting the Sales Director in the collation and production of Gateway presentation packs relevant to potential new site developments. 
  • Providing accurate reports from COINS, to assist the Sales Director forecast and monitor site progress.
  • All other administration of sales documentation and correspondence

 

The Ideal Candidate

An individual wanting to achieve the following skills:

  • An understanding of the house buying process
  • Experience and knowledge of sales activity
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Becoming an integral part of a sales team
  • Gaining experience working in an administrative role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • IT Skills (training will be provided) 
  • Collaborative team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to prioritise tasks in line with business needs
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organised, proactive and ability to prioritise workload
