Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team in our Yorkshire South & West region on an 18 month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
Whether you're starting your career, changing direction, or looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training, support and experience needed to succeed in new homes sales.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
- Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
- Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
- Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.
Training & Development
You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.
Programme Details
- 15–18-month programme (including End Point Assessment)
- Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals
Salary Progression
- Competitive starting salary
- Year 2 salary: £25,600
- Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement
